Rhiannon Giddens at The Wiltern

Rhiannon Giddens brings her distinctive blend of folk, roots, and blues traditions to The Wiltern in Los Angeles on February 13, 2027. A singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Giddens is known for drawing on African American musical history while creating performances that feel vivid and contemporary. Her work spans banjo and fiddle-led roots music, soulful vocals, and storytelling shaped by deep research into the traditions behind American music.

Giddens first came to prominence as a founding member of the Carolina Chocolate Drops, whose revival of early string-band music introduced a wider audience to Black roots music. Her later solo work includes the albums Tomorrow Is My Turn and There Is No Other, as well as the Grammy-winning They're Calling Me Home, recorded with Italian multi-instrumentalist Francesco Turrisi. Her concerts are celebrated for expressive musicianship and an engaging connection between songs, history, and audience.

This Los Angeles date is listed as a one-night event at the venue. No tour name or opening act has been provided.
